Theo Gregorowski
Theo holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Business Management from the University of Pretoria which contributed greatly to successfully fulfilling management and leadership roles from early on in his career, including serving on the Executive Committee of Fujitsu South Africa.
My Story
Theo is a seasoned IT and Business professional who thrives in challenging roles. His natural leadership skills, coupled with extensive experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams delivering Software Solutions and Professional Services across various industries, contribute to a consistent track record of overachieving. These industries include the Public Sector (National, Provincial and Local), Aviation, Tourism, Education and Financial Services.
He has held positions at various levels of seniority over the past 25 years, both in local and multinational organisations, including ABSA Bank, BCX, PWC and Fujitsu. This provided him the opportunity to gain extensive experience in various Software Application and Management Consulting methodologies and frameworks e.g. Ascendent (PWC), Macroscope (Fujitsu), ITSM, Waterfall, Agile-Scrum and Business Process Management and Improvement. This experience and the foundational skills obtained through the application thereof, continue to contribute to the successful completion of diverse and challenging assignments, as well as in the execution of line management functions.
